I get my cooking inspiration from a melting pot between my childhood memories when I was around my grandmother who owned a butchery, my travels all around Asia and mediterranean cuisine. I am influenced by the many cultural and human discoveries I encounter during my different trips abroad. I am curious and constantly on the lookout for new ideas, new spices I can bring in my suitcase 🙂
